L'Autorità di gestione finanziaria o Financial Conduct Authority (FCA)  è il successore della Financial Services Authority, che per lungo tempo è stato l'unico regolatore della Gran Bretagna per tutti i fornitori di servizi finanziari e dal 2013 è stato diviso in due agenzie separate insieme al PRA o Prudential Regulation Authority, che sarà incaricato di sovrintendere organizzazioni finanziarie più grandi come banche e compagnie di assicurazioni.
